Aging in Place
We provide as many services as possible that allow residents to age in place in the comfort of familiar surroundings. We often work with a variety of health care providers such as home health care and hospice in order to care for residents physically and emotionally through end of life.

Compassionate Staff
A positive work environment, along with continuous training and recognition helps us create a culture of knowledgeable and compassionate staff.

High Care Team Ratios
Our high care team ratio allows more personal time and attention to be given to all residents, whether that means extra time for conversation or personal interaction.

Family Involvement
We allow unrestricted visiting hours and an open invitation for family and friends to dine with their loved one and engage in our activity programs. We work closely with families during the transition process and encourage family conferences to keep communication open. Our family approach creates strong relationships between staff, the resident, and the resident’s family.

Managing/Improving Behaviors
Our specially trained staff use redirection techniques to safely manage and improve behaviors that others may find challenging.

Home Away from Home
We encourage residents to bring their own special items – quilts, photos, memorabilia, or other items to help make them feel at home.

Neighbor and Private Suites
All our memory care suites are designed to provide dignity and privacy for our residents while also maintaining safety and comfort.
