Dustin Fields - President & CEO
Dustin brings a hands-on approach of leadership with his experience in the senior-housing industry since 1997. Dustin graduated from Crown College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Being a part of a family that has served seniors for three generations, Dustin has learned the business through broad exposure to every aspect of operations.
Melissa Fields - Principal Designer
Melissa is the principal designer for Fields Senior Living and plays an integral part in every aspect of design and planning for their communities. Melissa graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She brings experience from three generations to create a warm and inviting ambiance where seniors thrive in everyday living.
Pam Bradley - Regional Director of Operations
Pam brings with her an extensive background with nearly 20 years of healthcare industry including direct care and leadership roles in hospice, home health, assisted living, dementia care and operations. Pam’s well-rounded background and natural relationship building skills have allowed her to successfully lead, train, and empower her staff to focus on putting residents first.
Teri Roe - Financial Controller
Teri came to Fields Senior Living in 2016 with over 30 years of bookkeeping and real estate management experience. Teri has been involved in various industries with-in real estate, from multi-family housing to single family rentals. She brings a vast amount of knowledge of housing markets and financial oversight. Teri oversees all Fields Senior Living financial records and resources and monitors financial management throughout the Fields Senior Living Communities.
